Custom Fixtures
In those instances where there exists a requirement for gauging/inspection that cannot be met with our traditional product line, we are pleased to offer custom fixtures. Utilizing our vast design and engineering experience, we will work together with customers to design and build a custom solution.
The following two fixtures are examples of custom solutions that we developed for our customers. Each one was developed to address a specific customer need. In each case our customer was “making due” with a less than ideal solution. In discussing their individual situations, we were able to develop a solution that gave the desired results in more efficient and consistent manner.
Dual Journal Run-Out Instrument
Provides verification of external
diameters to internal spline.
Component internal spline is located
onto a quick release scissor action

Dual dial test indicators are mounted on pivot arms to provide required
clearance for loading of components.
